    The room I booked was kept very clean and available with fantastic view. The breakfasts where incredible with baquery and Local Indonesian Cuisine and the egg station and all the stuff was amicable. The location was central, particularly good in the concierge area. The pool was very clean and I had cold drinks in the pool bar.

    Fairly clean place with consistently courteous and accommodating staff and lovely view instead of garden view. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the deluxe king room, plus effective Wi-Fi, cable channels, and electric outlets.

    Super location, very nice pool landscape, enough shade in the afternoon in the hot sun. Employees have good English skills, very friendly but also professional and faster than average in Indonesia. Double room with bathtub rare nowadays. Over 4 nights we got free laundry 4 pcs. Clothing per room. . Beds are super comfortable.

    Breakfast a bit boring but sufficient. Spa quality not significantly better than shops in the city. Pillows are way too thick !!!

    The situation is very good. The breakfast is plentiful and super

    At the swimming pool it was very noisy because of renovations. We were told that the construction work would start at 10:00 am, but unfortunately the drilling started at 8:00 am. Breakfast was at 6:30 am, unfortunately the cooks were not ready with the eggs and often this and that was missing. Some things did not work in the room, e.g. the minibar had to be repaired first and the balcony door was difficult to open. Checking out was very tedious.

    The room is well priced. Hotel's breakfast is reasonably good with baquery and pancake, as for instance. It has great and stunning location close to Discovery Shopping Mall.

    I didnt enjoy my stay. The seervice was slow and poor. The staff unfriendly

    The service was slow and poor. The staff unfriendly and the facilities in disrepair (The lifts didnt work among other things). Breakfast was sub standard and although there was blackforest cake on the menu...?, Dont bother trying to get coffee or bacon! Very expensive, vitualy nothing was included in the 5 star price and they charged for things not ordered. Definitely not the 5 star it is rated.

    The designer lagoon pools were an oasis, perfect for lounging in the sun. Karma at reception was super helpful, allowing an early check-in and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us at the crack of dawn. It's also well located.
